Global account manager required to help grow business within our 200+ customer base (LOB Global accounts) which is located in Switzerland.
The primary objective of this position is to close new and grow existing business within your customer base. In close relationship with the Global Account Directors, you will identify and address new business opportunities and define a solid account strategy.

Responsibilities
o New acquisition and up-selling for SWISS-GAM selected customers.
o Work with GAM worldwide peers and define a common strategy for your customers and execute it.
o Responsible for SWISS billed revenue target within Global Accounts.
o Implementing a SWISS Global Accounts acquisition strategy.
o Manage and close all lead’s and contract changes.
o Responsible for a top customer satisfaction.
o Lead and win RFP’s in close relation with your Global Account Support Team.

o Developed Senior/executive communication skill.
o Experience in complex IT/Telco solution selling.
o Strong English and German language skills verbal and written.
o Strong acquisition skills.
o Telco industry knowledge.
o Experience in working global virtual teams and in running complex account management.
o Highly developed job related skills.
o Proactively grows skills and knowledge.
o Responsible for SWISS billed revenue target within Global Accounts.
o 5+ years of sales experience within the IT/Telecom industry preferred on international level/team.
o Strong knowledge in solution selling.
o Knowledge of IP Services and Telecom Services.
o Strong experience in cold acquisition and up-selling.
o Experience in win and lead complex RFP’s.
o Team player who thrives under pressure.
o Strong personality who understands in working within virtual Global Accounts Teams.
o Strong acquisition skills – self-driven.
o Ability to move up quickly to the next sales level University degree or similar.
o Strong technical skills (IT/Telecom).
