This consulting company is part of a group and has 2 main roles:
- It helps the entities of the Group to put into operation strategic initiatives.
- It assists them in industrializing their operations through the setup of Group Solution and Competency Centres.
The primary objective of this position is to assist the company in setting up an SAP Solution Centre in Lisbon and take over its running on the long run.
Mission:
In close collaboration with the HQ in Paris and the Solution Centre in the UK, you will be in charge of:
o Developing the detailed processes of this shared centre.
o Recruiting new SAP experts to join the Portuguese team.
o Participating in the ongoing SAP implementation project in the UK in the first half of 2005.
o Managing the transfer of resources from the Portuguese subsidiary of the Group to the new SAP Solution Centre in Lisbon.
o Running the Solution Centre with a team of 18 members in Lisbon and 6 members in the UK.
o Promoting the services of this Centre within the Group in order to open other Solution Centre in Europe.
Your profile:
o You have at least 5 years of experience in implementing SAP (particularly FI-CO and FS-CD modules)
o You have a proven management experience and you are team-work oriented.
o You acquired a background in consultancy and/or solution delivery.
o You are used to working in an international and multicultural environment.
o You are endowed with good communication skills, strong social skills as well as negociation skills.
o You are client-oriented and have an entrepreneurial culture.
o You have excellent professional and conversational practice in English and Portuguese as well as a strong knowledge of the Portuguese and English cultures.
o You are able to manage a profit centre and reach the objectives.
