PREMIER ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Zurich

One of the world’s biggest Telecom Carrier.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Premier Account Executive role can be divided into three distinct activities:

A) Customer Relationship Maintenance: Working with key client contacts in the region and through an agreed communications plan, whilst supporting the Premier Account Manager to build and maintain excellent relationships with these contacts in order to ensure that we meet the customer's expectations and requirements from our company and meet any contractual obligations.

B) New Business Sales:  Assisting with identifying and addressing new sales opportunities or Projects within the customer, working across a base of clients, leads and sales opportunities

C) Sales Support :
The objective of the candidate is to fully support the account manager to secure and manage long term profitable business from the account identified as strategic to the development and long term success of our company.

RESPONSABILITIES:

·         Help secure, grow and manage long term, profitable business from client using the companies product portfolio on a pan-EMEA basis through regular contact with the client and the Premier Account Manager.

·         Generate where possible agreed number of appointments for the Premier Account Manager, and, where agreed, attend meetings.

·         To manage and record revenue opportunities using sales management tools (Siebel)

·         To assist with the development of Customer Account Plans, obtaining internal and external sign off as appropriate. Update the Customer account plan on an ongoing basis and review with direct management.

·         Provide feedback on market trends / competitor activity relevant to the companies sales and marketing information

·         Provide accurate and timely reporting information, detailing performance and activity to the Premier Account Manager / Sales Manager as and when required

·         Provide necessary support to customers who may have any issues e.g billing, service delivery etc

·         Ensure timely, precise and accurate handover of newly won projects to the post sale implementation teams to ensure customer expectations and objectives are met.

·         Interface with other departments to ensure that prospect and customer issues are resolved to and above expectations

·         Involvement in standard pricing / pricing for local tails

 

PROFIL:

·         At least 2 years sales / sales support experience in successful environment selling high value, complex, technical products and services in the IT/Telecommunications market.

·         Ability to listen, engage and communicate effectively with clients across a range of contact levels within customers.

·         College or university degree desirable. Experience of being part of customer focussed virtual international teams or small teams of direct reports required.

·         Working across cultures / national boundaries.

·         Fluent in English and preferably other European languages.
