INDIVIDUAL LEISURE SALES MANAGER

Our client is part of the most important hotel groups in Europe. This group offers a wide choice of hotels and restaurants for personal and professional stays in UK, France, Italy, Benelux etc…

Function&Objectives :

Increase accommodation and restaurant turnover through UK individual leisure market for all hotels of this group.

 

Main responsabilities :

Ø       Improve customer loyalty, contract, increase and follow up customer accounts on sales territory reaching the objectives set up by the commercial direction

Ø       Be involved in the creation and improvement of commercial products and in any other projects to improve the efficiency of the organisation

Ø       Analyse and report back on the individual leisure market

Ø       Carry out a minimum number of sales visits per year agreed with the sales director.

Ø       Propose and set up commercial and marketing action plan and annual budgets, in conjunction with the sales director and in collaboration with his central reservation sales advisors with the objective of return on investment

Ø       Represent the groups hotels by attending exhibitions and workshops defined by the sales director

Ø       Attend regional hotel commercial sales meetings throughout the year and throughout Europe

Ø       Guaranty a good management of the commercial relationship with hotels and customers

Ø       Identify, propose and set up partnerships on new distribution networks with the objective to reduce distribution cost and to increase the turn over

Ø       Manage, follow up the complains and help to recover the payments.

 

Profile :

Dynamic sales person; experience in tourism is an advantage

 

Languages :

Fluent in English; Good level in French
