SALES AND SERVICE QUALITY SECTION MANAGER |
Company : Our client is an automotive manufacturer. For the European headquarter located in France, we are presently looking for an international quality Section manager.
Mission and Main Objectives :
Develop standard Sales & Service Way processes and tools to improve quality of customer experience and support Customer Quality implementation regional business unit. European level (37 countries)
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Benchmark regional business unit of our client and competitors best practices
- Develop processes, tools and surveys
- Formalize implementation guide lines & tools to support RBU (regional business unit)
- Monitor and analyze monthly RBU Sales and Service Way implementation & CQ performance.
- Propose appropriate RBU action plan
- Support training activities in Sales and Service Way training development
- Propose Sales and Service Way selectivity criteria
- Manage synergies with other RBU departements. (Marketing, Network …)
- Manage external suppliers
KPIs
Technical LMS score (implementation rate, assessment rate, certification rate, skills mapping & rate), Training performance score, attendance rate
Travel: 20% and 80% HQ (near Paris)
Background and Experience :
- Practical job experience in automotive (at least three years)
- Technical training experience in automotive or other technical industry (at least three years)
Education :
A-Levels + 2 years/ Master + 5 years experience automotive (dealers…) – European level- leadership and pro active-autonomous
Languages :
German speaking and English
