COMPANY: Our client is an automotive manufacturer. For the European headquarter located in France, we are presently looking for an international Customer Service Section manager
MISSION AND MAIN OBJECTIVES:
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Improve the lead generation programs
- Monitor performance via a strong set of KPI
- Propose improvement of the contact centre
- Visit on a very regular basis the supplier & the regions in their premises
- Constantly liaise with Nissan Europe departments to support region’s customer services in the resolution of difficult complaints
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
- Europe - Master - 5 years degree after A Level
- Extended experience of contact centre
- Technology: Siebel, ACD, VOIP, Diallers, monitoring, Avaya CMS
- Human resources:
- Staffing sizing, incentives programs, Reporting - Customer satisfaction survey, all contact centre related KPI must be more than understood.
Soft skill:
- B2C experience
- Customer lifecycle
- Lead generation
- Up selling skills
- Significant experience in supplier management or in contact centre management (5 years required)
- Extended knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong culture with rational figures
- Interest to work in an international environment
- ENGLISH NEEDED
